Accommodation
Small accommodation quota has been reserved for our international guests for Ahlström hotel in Noormarkku (https://www.ahlstrominruukit.fi/en/noormarkku/hotel/area) 16 – 19 MAY. Note that the hotel is located in the same area where international evening program is organised on 17th MAY. Accommodation reservations are handled through Elämys DMC (Elämys Group), which serves all questions related to this accommodation quota at taitaja2022@elamysgroup.com.
Accommodation conditions:
- Room prices (accomodation quota for Ahlström hotel) single room 144 e/night, double room 179 e/night. Breakfast included.
- 10% prepayment after booking (invoice).
- Changes are possible until March 31, 2022, after which the final invoice is due one month earlier on April 15, 2022.
- If the event is canceled based on an official decision, the reservation will be refunded in full.
